Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University is geared towards developing a new generation workforce to power the changing needs of the Industry post COVID 19. Our competent faculty has successfully transited to the online and blended mode of imparting education and is equipped to keep the teaching-learning processes functional under all eventualities.

At Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU) we are committed to leveraging our facilities and the system to world-class standards, to provide the best academic and professional resources to prepare our students for a global sojourn. Holistic development of each student and inculcation of values and ethics is emphasized to build life-long learning systems.

The University practices participative management in its activities, initiatives and decision making by involving all stakeholders. Students form an integral part of this process and a democratically elected student senate assists in taking necessary and timely action for pursuing our quest for excellence. The University focuses on interdisciplinary research, promotes learning with industry connect and is on its way to developing productive association with international partners. Cutting edge technology in the form of 'Oracle PeopleSoft' is being used to augment efficiency and effectiveness and for monitoring conduct of classroom activities, evaluation, student affairs, finance and human resource. This ensures timely feedback and accurate information at any given point of time for precise decision-making.

In order to ensure multi-faceted development of students we encourage them to undertake internships and participate in industrial visits, conferences, seminars and workshops. They are motivated to give back to society thru National Social Service (NSS) and National Cadet Corps (NCC) and 'Apni Pathshala' which functions to educate and uphold the rights of underprivileged children. The Women’s Cell, ‘Pratibha’, promotes the well-being of women, provides a sanctum for sharing of views and confidences and strives to maintain the dignity of women in the work environment.

During a short span of one decade, the University has achieved multifaceted growth in terms of establishment, number of programs/courses being offered and research & consultancy projects. We are expanding the horizon of student choice & offering various undergraduate, postgraduate & research programs in various disciplines of Architecture, Agriculture, Law, Science, Technology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Education, Management and Pharmacy.

Matching infrastructure, self contained & eco-friendly campus of SRMU with its spirited students has made perfect academic environment in the University. SRMU is making every attempt at complying with the needs of higher education. ‘Lab view’, advanced simulation software is being introduced to enable the students and researchers to perform virtual experiments & simulation. Oracle PeopleSoft (ERP) is being used to augment efficiency and effectiveness in monitoring conduct of classroom activities, evaluation, student affairs etc. Now, it is accessible to parents also through University website and helping a lot in tracking the student performance. The ERP also have HR Solution, Finance and stores solution in addition to the academic Solution making decision making process faster based upon authentic and reliable data.

We are passionate in building the capacity of our students. Participation and enthusiasm of our skilled faculty members provides an intimate, interactive, and personalized approach to learning.

Our dedicated ‘Training & Placement Cell’ in conjunction with respective discipline faculty members is nurturing students and enhancing communication, organizational leadership & problem solving skills so that they should not only be useful to the employer but also become a better Human Resource to the Nation.

Our distinguished faculties are at the forefront in research undertaking projects which is beneficial to society and industry and are involved in development and implementation of innovative ways of imparting education to crystallize the thought process of students and enhancing learning and comprehension. Our faculty has made a significant contribution by writing numerous research papers published in reputed Journals, patent publications undertaking research, incubation and consultancy projects.

We have also shown remarkable presence among local community through NSS, NCC and targeted programs for women empowerment, spreading primary education to the underprivileged children etc.

Our balanced pedagogic approach from class room teaching to non-class learning equips students with strong conceptual knowledge and skills, which help them to meet industry’s expectations.

We put efforts to develop professionals, who are equipped not only with technical and managerial knowledge and skills, but also possess other soft skills like positive attitude , sensitivity, responsibility and entrepreneurial vision to fulfill the organisational goals.
