RANG BARSE

Holi is a very colorful festival of North India to mark the celebration of fertility, colour, love and the triumph of good over evil. In pursuance of colorful event reflecting the colorful Indian heritage which is celebrated by using dry colors called gulal usually by elders while younger one enjoyed with wet colors. University celebrates Holi with students and faculty members on the eve of beginning of mid semester break. This festival of colors is being enjoyed by all the students irrespective of the religion, cast, color and creed. It teaches us the lesson of mutual brotherhood i.e. aapsi bhaichara when each greets the other by hugging i.e. gale milkar
